We estimate the total time to completion to be 5 hours — but there is no pressure! This is a self-paced course that contains video training and PDFs. You will have lifetime access to everything, so you can take your time to complete the course on your own schedule.

How long will it take me to get good at the exercises?

If you follow the training instructions and practice while watching, you will soon gain confidence in the techniques. Many people notice notable improvements in form and skill within days, while others take several weeks. Your progression will depend on your body and how often you practice.
